ARTICLE 22: RESIGNATIONS

A unit member's  notification to the District that he/she intends to resign shall be accepted by the Superintendent/designee for the Board of Education.  Unless this resignation is withdrawn by the unit member within three (3) District work days after receipt by the District, the resignation shall be final.
